About the Role:
At Flambe Haven, we’re all about bold flavors and creative presentation. We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and bring innovation to every dish. You’ll oversee the entire kitchen operation—from menu creation to final plating—ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence at every level.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a seasonal and signature menu in line with our brand vision.

Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff for consistent quality and efficiency.

Manage food inventory, purchasing, and cost control.

Maintain top standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.

Collaborate with management on new menu items, events, and special promotions.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with deep understanding of modern cooking techniques.

Food safety certification preferred.
